I think this is where you miss the point. He isn't actually a male. He was born female and is only male because of hormones and a masectomy, if anything he's doing exactly what nature intended by having a child. If we're talking about natural vs unatural then him taking the hormones and living as a male is unatural because he was born a woman.
I have no issues with his choice to change sex, if it makes him happy. Moden science can do this for him. Good for him.
I'm glad the baby girl is happy and healthy.
