I built a solid Pine sideboard type cabinet on Wednesday, which has made the arthritis in my knees flare up really badly. I went to the DR today for accupuncture and he drained my knee. Which means putting a big needle into the gap inside the kneecap and draining off excess fluid.
I'm hurting tonight!! I have had it done a number of times now, but it doesnt seem to get any easier to deal with!
