The word tart automatically makes me think of another word. I can't say it though because it's a kind of swear word.
A 'tart' in the UK is what would in old times be called a harlet. It's someone who flirts a lot and usually dresses provocitivly (showing lots of flesh). As an example the 'office tart' would be a woman who flirts with all the men in the office.
Hmmmm
tart --> fart
That's sooo different from my first thought.
