You can answer all or some of the sub questions:

Have you had a dog or a cat as a pet?

Which would you prefer

Which breed would you like?

Which is smarter?

Which is most scariest?
Think I'm more like a cat because I'm lazy and a little bit of a loner. I'm sometimes happy sitting and watching the world go by, like a cat on a windowsil. Oh and I do love my sleep!

There's always been a cat in the house, never been without one. We did have a dog called Lassie (guess what breed she was?!?) for a short time but I was too young to really remember her. I currently have a tuxedo cat called C.J. He's on this website actually. Pet gallery page 23

If I ever do get another cat it (I have been thinking about it lately) it would be a rescue cat so I'm not bothered about the breed. I look at their personallity more. I also agree that you can get some smart and some stupid animals, their species has no say in it.

I'm a little weary of German Shepards (I know that's not what they're called now but I forget the proper name). I was bitten by one when I was about 6. I've been attacked by a cat too. And a bird. Animals don't seem to like me very much I'm old enough now to know that not all animals of a particular breed are the same but if a dog barks at me I do get a bit scared

I do have an opinion on pit bulls. I think the reason people don't like them is because they are so powerful. If they do decide to bite they're jaws are so strong they can cause a lot of damage and won't let go, but not all pit bulls are bad natured. In fact I've met a few who were really cuddly and lovely. If treated properly they are great dogs and good with kids (honestly!) I think people buy them to look tough which doesn't help their reputation. The people that own one just to look tough sometimes encourage them to be aggressive.

Any connection between your reality and mine is completly coincidental
