So that means that wheen she would have been celebrating her 40th birthday (if she weren't born on the 29th) she'll be celebrating her 30th

But how does that work with things that are age restricted? Could she go to an 18 rated film but only have celebrated 14 birthdays

I hope my maths is right on this I'm confusing myself.
