I asked this question to a friend a few days ago and didn't get an answer.
I don't think we will get the extra days pay. I don't find my Febuary pay is any less than other months when it's only 28 days, so I doubt an extra day will make a difference.
I think the 29th should be a public holiday for all. We get this extra day only once every 4 years and we're made to work??? I Think it should be a day to relax for everyone.
