That is so true Billie, we have friends who have been sold new systems with the latest operating system and they are constantly on the phone.. how do I questions!
There are benefits to moving on with technology though, easier to find spares and it's not so hard to remember how to do something on the OS you know, rather than remembering something you may not have used for a few years!
It's good to find other female techies that know their stuff and run rings around the blokes
. I was a network and desktop supervisor and the only techie woman in the department!
