It's been a long while since I posted here and I suddenly dont seem to have too many tokens to give out. Anyway, for those of you who're up to the challenge without any token rewards, take a shot at this riddle.

Can you create a "meaningful" English sentence which contains the word 'and' 5 consecutive times. Note: the word is just 'and', it cannot be part of another word like thousand.
