I was talking to an American friend the other day about holidays. I was surprised to hear that he only gets 10 days per year

So as Siliconhell attracts people from all over the world I thought that I would ask in the forum.

What country do you live in, how many days holiday does your employer give you.

I live in the UK, I get 20 days per year + 12 statutory days (Bank Holidays)

I think that this is about average.
