Very occasionally I'll go for lunch and not return HOWEVER I do work flexi hours and usually make up for any time. I normally work an Hour overtime(without pay) every night anyway to avoid the traffic.
I do leave work at about 3:30 on a friday tho (unless I "pop" into the work pub for a "quick" one and then end up leaving around 10'ish
)
