LIGHTNING POOL SQL ERROR WHEN SUBMITING SCORE

recieved this error after i submit score

my score at the time was 890,000 (40+ MINS PLAYING TIME)

SAME ERROR YET AGAIN WITH A SCORE OVER 1000,000 (AROUND 1 HOUR PLAYING TIME) LEVEL 56

and then when i go back to arcade im not signed in, this is a lil frustrating playing so long and then score dont submit.

anyone know why this error appears ?
