i guess so. it'd be too time consuming deleting all spam posts that were just written to boost the post count-someone would have to moderate 24/7! still, if someone doesnt want to post i think they should be made to donate or something (not that i know whether you can make someone donate!) at least then your getting a contribution to costs if not to chat!
