Could go under the "things that annoy you", but I thought I'd be a devil and start a new thread.
The Rant??
It's about adults giving up their seats for flustered mums, only to have a child sit on the seat!!!! When I was growing up, and when I was bringing my own children up, it was children who stood up for an adult to have a seat!!
No wonder children these days have no manners and disregard older people, they are being taught that adults go out of their way to suit them. I'm sorry if this upsets people, but I think it's appalling - if the mother sat on the seat and put the child on her lap that's fair enough, but to let a child think it has a right to a seat when adults are standing is simply not on!!
