Those lyrics are great, I think the previous line in that track says:

The second chorus is "As the flames rose to her Roman nose her
Hearing Aid started to melt"....
I read somewhere that he was refering to himself as Joan d'Arc and the flames rising around him were those that he brought on himself by "Mouthing" off at the royal family, Madonna, and too many other ppl to mention (hence the title of the song)... all very tounge in cheek...
