I home brew & found this quite interesting. I would love to know how they get the higher alcohol contents as the yeasts can only convert a certain amount of sugar before it saturates. They must use more yeast & sugar with the same amount of water.

My beer tastes excellent, too (if I do say so myself). ;-)
