i drove to kent this weekend and on the way there, on one of the highways, i saw someone guy with his foot out the window near the left side mirror
(spose he would be really talented to be doing it on the right side huh
) so maybe there are loads of people that do that and they loose their shoes if the wind whips it off their feet
